A USC billboard featuring school quarterback Matt Barkley has been taken down. Why? Because the billboard was situated very close to rival school UCLA. The billboard read “We Play To Finish” with a URL for purchasing tickets in addition to the image of Barkley. No one has come forward to claim responsibility for taking the billboard down at this time; USC spokesperson Tim Tessalone said the school was not involved in removing the billboard.
